Adult Swim Has Arrived!
Any adults 18 & over interested in a Master's level program should contact Cyndie Bowman at cynd67@verizon.net
The focus will be stroke & endurance. Do not worry if you have not been in the water for a while, practice can be adjusted to accommodate any level swimmer.
