About CORE

Our mission is to provide a team environment conducive to realizing the fullest potential of each student-athlete, regardless of ability. Our highly educated and certified coaches are dedicated to teaching both the fundamentals and the advanced training strategies needed to succeed in competitive swimming at the highest levels.

CORE Swimming is a year-around program that participates in both USA Swimming & Suburban Aquatic League swim meets. The goals of the team and individual drive our organization through the winter short-course and summer long-course seasons. Our structured training environment emphasizes goal-setting, technical awareness, positive interaction with teammates and community, and challenging ourselves beyond our levels of comfort.

We train in a newly-renovated, six-lane, 25-yard pool at Poquessing Middle School in Feasterville and emphasize technique, endurance, strength, and speed. We offer programs for developmental, elite, and masters-level swimmers. CORE is committed to the highest level of achievement at each of these levels.
